[REDACTED] started his first blend of the day. Prior to this [REDACTED] was off for 2 days. [REDACTED] was dumping powder bags (50lbs) and as he was picking grabbing bag he felt pop in his shoulder. Didnt feel any pain but wanted to fill out report just in case it gets worse [REDACTED]. As shown in picture [REDACTED] grabs the bag twists and places bag on the liquefier then cuts bag open and dumps the powder.
