Climbing on shelving racks to adjust metal shelving bars.

What happened

Worker was on top of bags on the shelving unit and fell to the ground. Worker was on the floor other employees went to get help. Worker was disoriented and then tried to get up so other employees assisted worker into a chair and got towels to apply pressure to the wound on the worker 's head. Police and ambulance came and worker was transported to the hospital.
