The EE was walking from the mixer [REDACTED] workstation towards the plant entrance door when the toe of their boot caught on the anti-fatigue mat that is sitting on the spill containment ramp. When the toe of the boot got caught his leg and ankle continued in the forward motion causing a pain in the top of the foot.
