IW was moving a rack while on the phone (headset) with his supervisor and hit the back of his right hand on a plant rack while moving another rack causing his right hand to be caught in-between. IW did not want to seek medical attention at the time he just wanted to make sure that it was documented. X-rays showed no bone or structural damage.
