What happened

NKC2 ran a sheet and only drilled the holes and didnt cut parts due to a broken bit. After changing the tool employees were going to put a new sheet on. Which meant resetting the EPROD and stopping the running conveyor. The wrong M-code was put in CM-60 for the tool changer instead of M-20. Which caused the machine to push the sheet forward into employees abdomen.
