EE offers she has continued to have issues that her symptoms never resolved. EE offers [REDACTED] she was assisting 2 co-workers with a combative patient & that the lifting pushing pulling caused worsening pain; then [REDACTED] she was assisting 2 co-workers with a combative patient she had another flare up. EE previously treated with St. Francis Occupational Health. Prior to this call EE applied ice ([REDACTED]) and took OTC-Ibuprofen ([REDACTED] [REDACTED]) for this injury. EE describes persistent right hand wrist pain increase in pain with grasping lifting swelling & offers increase in pain with all upper extremity ROM offered.
