EE alleges [REDACTED] on around [REDACTED] she hurt her rigth hand (no report on file) where she treated until [REDACTED] when she was pressured to RTW because he job could no longer hold her position after being out of work for [REDACTED] months. EE offers she has continued to have issues that her symptoms never resolved. EE offers [REDACTED] she was assisting 2 co-workers with a combative patient & that the lifting pushing pulling caused worsening pain; then [REDACTED] she was assisting 2 co-workers with a combative patient she had another flare up. EE previously treated with St. Francis Occupational Health. Prior to this call EE applied ice ([REDACTED]) and took OTC-Ibuprofen ([REDACTED] [REDACTED]) for this injury.
