What happened

Technician was not using chemical gloves while handling chemicals during drain sanitation which resulted in chemical exposure. Technician was wearing cut resistant gloves which became saturated and sealed the chemical to their hands. Due to personal medical issues employee could not feel the chemical on their hands which resulted in a significant amount of time of exposure.
