What happened

Driver was traveling north on [REDACTED] when he attempted to pass a slow-moving vehicle working in his lane. After driver moved into the passing lane the slow-moving vehicle made an illegal turn in front of his [REDACTED] toward a private residence. The at-fault vehicle impacted the SEFA [REDACTED] and was pushed off the roadway and onto its side. SEFA [REDACTED] sustained front end damage but remained upright.
