I was getting water as I was walking to my post

What happened

My right shoulder was hurting as well as my elbow. After catching patient and holding him down in [REDACTED] room 11 as well as once he went back to his [REDACTED] room 22. My shoulder Pain tripled in pain which lead to my right hand swelling and having to go home early.
