Before the incident

I was at the wrapping machine and I bent over to fold the corners of the cardboard so they didn 't tear the shrink wrap and as I felt a pop in my lower back that almost made me fall followed by continuous pain in my lower back.

What happened

Bending over had my safety glasses and steel toe shoes on. Lower back. It hurts to sit stand walk bend twist or anything.
