THE EE WAS PUSHING THE PASSENGER UP AN INCLINE AND THE WHEELCHAIR LEANED BACK CAUSING ONE OF THE LITTLE WHEELS TO PINCH HIS GREAT TOE WHICH CAUSED HIM TO TWIST. THE EE HAS A VISIBLE CONTUSION ON HIS LEFT GREAT TOE AND VISIBLE INFLAMMATION ON HIS LEFT ANKLE.
