Before the incident

Employee was Repairing a Barrel wheel on the hoist unit and identified that he needed more tools then he had in reach.

What happened

He bent over to move under the the hoist to retrieve the parts and failed to clear the unit before attempting to stand. He bumped his head on the hoist causing him to stagger and then he twisted his knee which buckled causing him to fall onto the platform.
