He was standing on a yellow beam around 5 feet to perform work near the stairs (Stair 3

Suddenly this yellow beam (temporary structure) failed and broke bringing [REDACTED] to the ground

He hit his head when his hard hat flew away during the fall; he got hit by the yellow beam that broke and received 7 stitches later at the clinic since he had a scalp laceration due to the blunt head injury. Also he twisted his left foot which caused his left ankle to get swollen. After x-rays were taken he was diagnosed a left ankle sprain and contusion and abrasion to the left lower leg - no fracture.
