[REDACTED] was doing a cycle count using the long stick to turn over the tags in order to scan them. While flipping a tag steel dust fell from the steel and into Mr. [REDACTED]€™s eye. He states that it didn’t seem like much at the type but [REDACTED] he noticed his eye was red. He came in the [REDACTED] and after work he went to the doctor because his eye was still red. It now looks like a laceration to the eye.
