What happened

Employee reports he was grinding skirting and felt something fly up and hit him in the L eye. He was wearing safety glasses. Employee eye was flushed and was provided w lubricant and returned to work for remainder of day. Reports that eye pain worsened and he went to urgent care for evaluation and treatment. Reports foreign object removed from eye and antibiotic drops were provided. EE is Spanish speaking
