What happened

He was picking up trash on the grassy incline in front of the 15 [REDACTED]. When he went to pivot he lost his footing and started to fall. There was a large mud puddle near the edge of the road which he twisted to avoid and landed on the edge of the asphalt on his left knee and left elbow underneath his rib cage.
