Adjusting the tilt rail to give clearance to the load frame positioned between assembly rails in the middle of the shop.

On 07.08.2023 at approx. 6:30 a.m. in the enclosure shop at Phoenix products, Bob Baker had an injury resulting in the loss of a fingertip on his right hand. While working in a group of three employees and in an effort to adjust a enclosure lifting rail, his hand was caught between two moving parts which when moving sheared the tip of his finger and lacerated another. He was then driven directly to the emergency room for treatment for both fingers.
