Employee was loading whaler clamps into a barrel. To steady his balance he gripped the rim of the barrel with his right hand. Meanwhile another employee was tossing clamps into the barrel from the scaffold overhead when one missed and struck his right hand leaving a cut on right index finger 3 4 across and deep enough to see bone requiring stitches.
