Employee canted the grinder causing the grinding pad to scrap the top of her knuckle and cut through the glove.

Injury or illness

The laceration was reported immediately to safety where it was disinfected and bandaged in the first aid room. A few weeks later it became infected causing her to go to the ER for antibiotics.
