Before the incident

While performing a routine inspection of [REDACTED] was inside the the cab of [REDACTED] and was securing an SCBA pack into the holster.

What happened

The ceiling of the cab is about a foot shorter than the emplyee so he was bent slightly at the waist. He pushed the pack into its retention clasp (very little force is required to do this. maybe 10lb of pressure) when he felt and heard a loud pop from his lower back.
