At the end of shift clean up EE moved an 8 vacuum hose out of the way to avoid a trip hazard and to clear a path for a Forklift truck.

EE picked up the hose walked 5 ' then the hose got stuck he tugged it free and then the hose slipped in hands. On the bottom of the hose was an exposed hose clamp that sliced the palm of right hand
