While walking to stack material employee stepped on unseen wooden material that was on the floor that fell out of trash bin while being removed.

Employee was working on the table saw facing away from trash bin that was beign removed the custodian was removing a trash bin and a piece of wood material fell to the ground the employee didn�t see that the wood piece had fallen so she stepped on it losing her footing and slipped.
