EE called off work on [REDACTED] stating they couldn 't come in because of an injured shoudler that occurred at work on [REDACTED] (EE did not report injury until [REDACTED]. ) EE was diagnosed with a right shoudler strain. EE was referred to [REDACTED] for further treatment. EE did not have lost time because of the injury however; EE was on restriction for 23 days.
