Violent patient in a wheelchair thrusted himself backwards into a wall and when attempting to gain control of him he grabbed [REDACTED] 's right hand pulled it towards him fell backwards causing [REDACTED] to fall on top of him while pulling my right hand towards his face before shoving employee 's right ring finger into his mouth.
