Before the incident

Employee was ascending PT stairs from garage to the first floor of their home.

What happened

Employee was carrying the PT zipper duffle bag. When stepping up with right foot it slipped off the step. Employee 's body fell forward on to the stairs. The duffle bag was between my chest and the stairs and hit the stairs first breaking his fall but his right knee hit the edge of the step ouch.
