Before the incident

Loading shipping trailer with skids of books.

What happened

While attempting to back out of the trailer the dock plate popped up without his knowledge; therefore he drove in reverse and made hard jarring contact into the dockplate; Forceful stop resulted in injury.

Pain stiffness and spasms in the back and neck due to the sudden impact.
