The employee got off his forklift to remove the trash from his forks when the forklift rolled backwards. At the time of the incident he stated that he was not injured. [REDACTED] he went to the ER to be evaluated because of his left shoulder was sore. [REDACTED] days after the ER visit he went to another DR and was diagnosed with additional injuries.
