Before the incident

The employee was traveling south on reserve street in an end dump that was loaded with asphalt.

What happened

A 3rd party sweeper truck on a public road turned south into the fast lane and tried to turn right before our end dump at an approaching intersection. It was an illegal maneuver and our end dump struck the sweeper in the passenger side as the sweeper tried to turn.
