Associate was driving a reach truck R23 transporting multiple cases from the fine writing area to be put away in the lower A rack locations repetitively. She had her putaway pallet raised so she did not have to bend down to get pick the cases from her ride but she did have to squat and bend to put cases in the location. During the course of the actions her lower back started hurting.
