[REDACTED] and shift facilitator were disposing of waste in large dump bin. The bin did not have a lot of trash and was not tipping over and dumping the waste. So [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] pulled on the bin to dump and when [REDACTED] pulled he felt discomfort in his right shoulder and back area.
