Before the incident

Working on Sorting Line 1 and wanted to assist with the door. Attempting to close an overhead door that was stuck.

What happened

The employee was attempting to close the overhead shutter door. When it loosened the door came rolling down the trac and the top panel of the door hit her on the head resulting in a laceration.
