What happened

EE was in harvest in [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] 2 while I was in a meeting. I was informed by Levi Plant Health Supervisor [REDACTED] Cultivation Lead that he had extremely swollen and bloodshot eyes. They had him flush his eyes. He removed his contacts and when I got over to check on him his eyes looked better but still very swollen and bloodshot. Breathing was all good - strictly affected his eyes. The employee informed me yesterday [REDACTED] he was fine in harvest doing the same task as today but was wearing glasses and forgot to put them on today [REDACTED].
