What happened

Employee went to lift a partially open dock door so a trailer could be loaded (Dock Door #16). When he bent his legs to lift door up he felt a pop sharp pain on the side of his right foot causing him to lose his balance. Employee says he was unable to walk normal after the incident and then reported the injury to lead. Employee was unable to perform work load for that day and had a noticeable limp.
