What happened

Employee was cutting 3 4 inch pieces of material at a 45 degree angle. He was using a push stick for this specific cut. On one of the cuts he pushed the material through with the push stick with his right hand and with his left hand reached around to grab material and move it to the side. When moving his left hand to grab material he ended up putting his left hand into the saw blade. Guard was not used.
