employee was siting on floor at the church cutting a clients tonails ( chairs are provided for employee comfort and employee chose not to use)

Employee stood up and said their leg was numb- they were standing by the counter and when they turned around their leg gave out causing them to hit their back against the counter and slide down the counter to the floor causing back pain
