Employee was helping the patient who tried to get out of bed without help and activated the bed alarm. Patient was being assisted by employee to the bedside commode.

What happened

Employee was punched by a patient at the center of her eye. States he was combative he was beingtransferred. States he was placed on the chair the patient got up and punched her. Stateseveryone yelled at him and got her out the room. --IW states the staff contacted [REDACTED] the patient wastaken out of the facility. States she did not feel anything until recently.
