The employee was pulling a bad 24x24 slab from the dry side when he tipped the paver towards himself from the far side he put his left hand under the slab but lost his grip with his right hand causing the slab to fall impacting his left ring finger between the steel pallet and the concrete slab splitting his finger open and fracturing his finger tip.
