Per sick line note: TM reports over [REDACTED]-[REDACTED] (nights) had 3 patients that came in for presenting illness not r t COVID sx ( no resp. sx) that were admitted and upon admission got COVID+ results no exposure worksheets submitted mask worn intermittently but patients were not on any sort of precautions. This TM was charge nurse so not direct care for the full 8 hours but intermittently.
