Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Housekeeper [REDACTED] reported an injury sustained on the property in [REDACTED] 638.The incident occurred as Mrs. [REDACTED] was carrying a bag of linen out of the room. At around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] while exiting [REDACTED] 638 with the bag of linen Mrs. [REDACTED] slipped on a dry sheet on the floor. In an attempt to prevent herself from falling she landed on the door positioned at an angle resulting in an impact on her left hand and forearm. Notably Mrs. [REDACTED] did not experience immediate pain. The impact of the fall was on Mrs. [REDACTED] 's left hand and forearm. Despite the absence of immediate pain Mrs. [REDACTED] did not report the incident until she started cleaning her next scheduled room [REDACTED] 706. It was during this subsequent task that she began feeling the onset of symptoms including numbness and cramping in her left hand and forearm.
