Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at the [REDACTED] Marriott Anaheim [REDACTED] at approximately 1410 hours Maintenance associate [REDACTED] notified [REDACTED] [REDACTED] over the radio that a housekeeper was coming down to security to file a report. Housekeeper [REDACTED] arrived at the security office with housekeeping manager [REDACTED] to fill out paperwork. [REDACTED] reported that when she opened the door to room 839 it got stuck on the carpet. The door released itself after being stuck for a brief moment and when the door released itself [REDACTED] put her hand on the door but it slipped into the hinge. The door crushed her finger in the hinges. [REDACTED] immediately reported the injury and she decided to go to the clinic. After the clinic [REDACTED] will not return to work for the day.
