What happened
Machining TM was packing chips down into chip hopper utilizing a rake. During this process the chip coil wrapped around the rake. When the TM pulled the rake back the chip coil slid down the handle and cut the TM 's left pinky finger. TM was not wearing cut resistant gloves.
