Before the incident

Getting ready to turn patient in bed to changer her and then get her up for therapy.

What happened

While rolling patient in bed from side to side she felt a pop in neck than hot pain go down into right arm. When she had to pull the patient back into the wheelchair that 's when arm hand fingers went numb. Right arm and hand swelling.

Right side neck with pain right arm hand fingers numb with burning pain from neck to fingertips. Knot has come up between neck and right shoulder. Right arm hand swelling.
