Employee was doing an offsite visit at Arkon Care Center in a patient 's room preparing to move them from a lying to sitting position.

Employee was assisting pt in a supine to sit transfer with a co-worker. Employee was helping with the upper body from behind. While changing from underhand grip to overhand grip employee had a twinge in the posterior left shoulder. Pain dissipated then began to come back during the afternoon.
