What happened

[REDACTED] attempted to remove blocks and debris during a plug-up in the 40 shaker waste conveyor. During this process a [REDACTED] was trying to remove a wet block and lost his grasp. When the block dropped it smashed the left thumb of a second [REDACTED] between the falling block and an additional block on the conveyor. The pinch smash resulted in no abrasion or laceration at the time.
