During the tornado warning evacuation of the primary care clinics downstairs initially were located in the stairwell. Employee was consoling a pediatric patient under the stairwell and as employee got down to ground level using right arm to brace self as kneeling at which point employee felt an acute pain on the anterior right shoulder.
