Before the incident
Walking back to workstation with a hammer in hand.
What happened
Team member was retrieving a hammer out of the rolling cart for the material bander and as they began to walk back to the laser the hammer slipped out of his hand resulting in it impacting with the unprotected part of his right foot. Note the team member was wearing appropriate ppe including but not limited to steel toes and gloves.
