Lifting Budlight 20 Pack.

What happened

EE reported an incident on [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) to his direct supervisor that he felt a pop in his right shoulder while restocking the backstock room in Walmart when he was placing a 20 pack of [REDACTED] on the top shelf. EE was able to finish his route for the day. We scheduled a Briotix Evaluation the following [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) to determine course of action. Briotix Trainer recommended seeking Medical Advice after consulting with the Employee. EE was scheduled to see Doctor [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] for an initial visit. Doctor [REDACTED] scheduled an MRI to determine severity of injury on [REDACTED]. MRI results came back negative for a torn rotator cuff. MRI report showed tendonitis in the right shoulder. Doctor [REDACTED] administered a steroid shot on [REDACTED] to help expedite recovery turning this into a recordable incident. Employee was given a restriction of no lifting overhead. The employee will have a follow up appointment [REDACTED].
