What happened

A janitor was dumping burlaps with debris into the dumpster when they got poked on their right thumb. They continued to work and shortly thereafter they informed their Job coach that their right thumb was hurting. After a visual examination it was noted that their finger was red and a bit swollen. They were taken to a nearby clinic. After further evaluation the janitor was discharged. A follow up appointment was scheduled shortly thereafter.
