Before the incident

A janitor was working for Janitorial at Teledyne carrying a mop bucket.

What happened

The janitor was taking the mop bucket to dump the water out. The janitor started to pick up the bucket when they said that it was heavy. The job coach asked the janitor twice not to pick it up but they continued to do so anyways. After they poured out the water the janitor turned to their job coach and said that their back hurts a little. The job coach asked her if the janitor was okay and the janitor replied yes. Their job coach kept checking on the janitor throughout the day.
