Before the incident

EE was working in Toffee department.

What happened

EE was experiencing an allergic reaction to peanuts while working in toffee. EE stated that with the blue overhead door on the north end of toffee going to [REDACTED] opening several times. That there was peanut dust in the air and their supervisor for the night was also working in [REDACTED]. This caused their allergies to flare up and caused heavy breathing. Supervisors were called to the gridline by another EE after the first incident. EE was transferred from the gridline to security by wheelchair and an ambulance was called for by security prior to [REDACTED] arrival at security. EE was experiencing body stiffness and had to be lifted out of the wheelchair and onto a gurney by EMTs.
